I was very happy with everything at ProActive physical therapy. My therapist Ashley took time to explain things, was patient and compassionate. Thank you for helping me to improve my health.

Ashley is the best! She listens to me when I explain my pain and she makes adjustments to my exercises when needed. I'm very happy with my experience at Pro Active!

I wasn't sure if I was going to leave this review. I will have to say Randy is very nice and knowledgeable. I met Ashley the owner on my first visit and she was very nice as well. Which is why this unprofessionalism struck me back. I've been having trouble breathing and had to lay in bed for several days. When I asked my boyfriend to call the PT to see if there was anything I could do or that they recommended I do, the receptionist got very defensive on the phone and denied that I ever mentioned about my rib pain. I mentioned this to both PT's and I also showed Randy the message that my pain doctor left which showed that I had the degeneration of the rib muscles. Which he responded to "I figured you had that." I also have hypermobility and had several ribs subluxated during my visits. I waited all day for the phone call back as I called 10:00 in the morning and they said that Randy was with another client at that time. I ended up going to the ER later that day because my chest tightness and breathing became worse. I never received any phone call back after the initial call back with the defensive receptionist. I waited all day, I just figured they were busy. At first I figured that they would just call me back but as reality sunk in I realized that they were never going to call me back. They are exceptional at taking compliments however but as soon as I mentioned anything negative they just look the other way. I honestly don't know if Randy ignored me or if Ashley the owner made the decision to not contact me after hearing what their receptionist had to say as she is the owner and has the final say. Not even one phone call back. My point is that if you want to send compliments their way there are more than happy to receive but if you have any issues with their service their ears are closed. I'm not saying that they're not qualified PT's but very unprofessional and it has been a week and yet no phone call still. I wasn't even trying to blame them, I honestly just wanted help. I see all only positive reviews so hopefully they don't delete this review.

Nicest and most professional staff. From receptionist to physical therapist, they make you feel warm and welcomed. Highly recommend. If you want knowledgeable staff, this is the place to be.

I highly recommend Pro Active Physical Therapy. Randy, Theresa, Christine, and Kathy(who is now retired)are great. Randy is very kind and professional. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients. He has been doing everything that he can to restore my foot and ankle. In July 2019 I fell at work and ended up with a type II open pilon fracture. I have been in PT since mid October and have come a long way. I still have a long way to go but I would not be where I am without PT. Thank you everyone at Pro Active Physical Therapy.

Randy Paccate at ProActive PT is a wise physical therapist whose experience in this realm enhances his knowledge of sports and the human body. Randy is able to synthesize his knowledge in both areas to guide my child on and off the field toward being a smarter, safer (and long term) athlete. Many thanks to Randy and also to Christine who was organized and very friendly especially when we were so concerned about our child.

Randy is fantastic and I highly recommend this place. I’ve had to go to physical therapy before and I haven’t been to another place as good as this
