I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Access PT in Clayton NC. I never thought I would fully recover from my bad accident --I never thought I’d be able to reach up and open an upper cupboard door again with my arm, let alone lift a coffee cup up off the shelf. I was doubtful I would ever be able to straighten my knee and walk normally again. However, the excellent professionals at this particular PT facility showed me what serious commitment and time can do under their professional direction and supervision. After almost 40 sessions with them, I have about 95% of my functionality back. I don’t think even my orthopedic doctor thought I could achieve this level of recovery. The PT facility at this location is basic and no frills, and what I learned is that a facility need not be fancy to be excellent. In fact, a PT facility can have all the bells and whistles in the world, but it may fall short in offering the fundamental support and hope so critical to a person’s recovery. What I came to understand is how important the people running the place are. At this particular PT facility, there is a managing physical therapist Bob who I called “Coach”, and an assistant physical therapist Amanda. While they were serious in their mission and very professional, it was how they connected with me and the other patients there that is most notable. In short, they made my journey fun and “fired up” my confidence and on-going hope to get through this episode in my life. I shall always be grateful. I highly recommend Access PT in Clayton.

One of the best physical therapy and wellness centers in my opinion. Bob, Amanda and the entire team worked with me to get back into tip top athletic shape after having rupture my achilles back in May. I’m back to running, playing basketball, hiking, riding my motorcycles and all the other sports I enjoyed prior to my injury. Five stars all around.
Couldn’t be more pleased with my outcome thanks to the staff at Access PT! I went in barely able to use my arm due to tendonitis and carpal tunnel issues and they were able to help me get my life back! They are also very friendly and welcoming. Thank you Bob and Amanda!
I recommend the Access Physical Therapy highly. The Physical therapist ANANDA RUDA was Amazing with the movements from beginning to end in reaching my Goals. The front office Admins was excellent as well.
I can’t say PT is something we wanna go through or enjoyable but the team hear in Clayton make it as painless as possible but at the same time push you to get you back to the way you were before! I recommend them to everyone who just wanna be physically whole again. Thanks for all you did for Me guys!
This group of people is FANTASTIC!! Everyone who works here is very friendly, professional, and respectful. I have had the opportunity to get both therapists Tim and Andrew. Both of these guys have their techniques on what they have to offer, and I love that about Amanda and Bob. I've had the opportunity to visit these guys on many occasions with my hip(replacement) and shoulder and neck problems. Access therapy is awesome. If you are looking for results, this is the place to be. I know I will be returning for my knees. Yep, I'm going back. 😀 And NO, they are not paying me for this review. These guys! Deserve this and much more. Stop by and let Bob work your pain out! And Amanda put those healing hands on You! 😀
I would like to thank everyone there for a great job this was my second trip for physical therapy. I would recommend them to my friends and family thank you very much for the therapy on my knee and shoulder . Well done
Today’s my last day!!! Thanks Amanda and Bob for getting me back in the gym. I would 100% recommend Access.
