I feel better about my medical problems after my visit. They seem truly concerned about what I talked about and they listened. I feel I have someone that listens. Thank you. DIANNA

The staff works really hard to get you in and out so you don’t have to wait. They listen to you and help you in any way they can.

Very disappointed since they replaced the doctor. Dr. Woods was so in touch with patients. She truly cared what was going on with them. The new doctor is very uncaring. Met with her once. Decided to find where Dr Woods went and changed pc. She's worth the drive to Jonesboro!! Didn't get a caring vibe from the doctor they put here.

be prepared to sit for AT LEAST 30/45 minutes at EVERY appointment. the nurses are BEYOND RUDE! they do not care about the patients, they care about the money!! they change their rules at every appointment. none of the staff is on the same page, they hardly know which patient is where and who’s having what done. jessica is a sweet person, but she needs more competent staff. seriously would not suggest wasting your time here. *edited to add* my grandparents have been bringing me to this doctors office since i was born, this has been my doctors office for 21 years even before it was access medical. i will be switching doctors now because the amount of pure foolery that goes on at this place is too much to handle anymore.

I have never felt more comfortable and have my opinions regarded with such care and concern. Jessica listens and is very empathetic when describing your conditions. She will get to the root of your problem or send you to someone who can. I love the entire staff. Friendly and encouraging.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jessica Wood and the staff at the clinic. They are wonderful with their patients. I am a case manager/care coordinator for a company that serves individuals with developmental disabilities and we deal with a lot of different doctors and nurses. Jessica is BY FAR one of the best ones I have had contact with. Receptionist has been very friendly as well.

Good friendly people, and great treatment!!

I was having an extremely allergic reaction and needed medical attention. I was welcomed with a nasty attitude by the receptionist. I asked to set up an appointment since they didn't accept walk-ins. Yet, if you google urgent care centers near marked tree they pop up. I was told to feel out paperwork. That I would be contacted later and that never happened. I suggest you go find one elsewhere.
