Access Medical Clinic: Hope (Urgent Care)

On my first initial visit, all members of the staff were very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend! Mrs. Annie was very nice, knowledgeable, and had amazing bedside manner. She took the time to hear me and out explain everything I needed to know. We need more healthcare environments like this!

The staff this morning was wonderful. The receptionist was polite and answered all my questions. The nurse made sure the room was cleaned and ready. She did my vitals with care. The NP was exceptionally well. She reviewed my chart asked questions and listened to me. She also, made sure I had a clear understanding of my visit before I left the office.

Please don't waste your time and money on this place! It's not an Urgent Care. They aren't in a hurry about anything at all. I broke my foot and they wanted me to wait a whole week for a follow-up appointment. After my x-ray, I needed a CT. This was on a Tuesday, the provider wouldn't be able to call in my orders until the following Tuesday! Go to Pafford or the ER if its an urgent matter.

We had a great experience. From the lady at the front desk then the nurse and the nurse practitioner all were amazing. Very nice and caring. Very helpful and took their time.

Worse experience ever! They can’t keep a doctor to save their life! The nurse is rude and messy! Every suggestion I made about my body and my health were dismissed by them. I can’t believe these people are still open with the way that they switch doctors. Please go somewhere else please!!

Awesome! First time in years, someone hassat down and talked to me. Recommend highly April Perry is very profesional, informative and cares about her patients.

Great visit!! The provider was very thorough and Chelsea was awesome!! So was the receptionist!
