Unfortunately, my wife recently had a very lengthy hospital stay. Once she came home, she needed care that I was not able to provide. Accent came to the rescue! Their skilled and caring nursing staff and therapy specialists really aided in my wife's recovery. The office staff, management team, and skilled professionals who came to our home were all compassionate, patient, and the very best at what they do. My wife needed blood drawn weekly from our home, Physical therapy, and Occupational therapy. She was in a wheelchair when they started with her, and in a few short weeks, had her using a walker! She is now able to use the principles learned from this amazing group of caregivers to again walk on her own! Looking for Home Health Care? You cannot go wrong with Accent!

My father-in-law was released from the hospital Oct.18,20 and we were advised he would have several visits a week to help him continue to be able to get stronger to walk and do daily activities. A Nurse showed up twice the first week and he had an accident all over himself and could not walk. We called and advised them that he had accident and messed all over the next day and we told them that he needs care and someone needs to come . The next day the nurse showed up and went through his meds. An OT showed up same time and did very little. We told them we were told many different therapists would come and work with him. At that point it’s been 2 weeks and only 3 visits from nurse for vitals and 1 OT. That’s it . I was told a Social worker would come and explain what has happed and said people would start coming. She came one day and my husband could joy understand what she was saying. Now it’s been 3 weeks with Nobody coming at all!! He is going downhill quick and now can barely stand. Trying to call everyday to find out what’s going on and I don’t get any callbacks..I am trying to get discharge instructions and they keep telling me next week he will get visits. Who do I complain to? They are getting paid to NOT take care of him!! They are terrible. Where does he go for someone to really help him? Any advise would be nice. Going to complain wherever I can. They suck at helping people get strong..They don’t care!

Michael was great with my mom. He was very thorough and compassionate. I really appreciate his making my mom feel like she was his only patient. Thank you AccentCare for having such caring people like Michael.

Company doesn't follow thru with what they say. Complained 4 different times now about a specific worker. She keeps calling my mom and showed up unannounced. She's been rude from begining and made my mom uncomfortable from get go. I have asked for a different worker on every phone call and for her to not call my mom again and sure enough multiple calls a day and then decided to show up still. Won't recommend them to anyone.

Everyone is so nice and professional, love all of the workers !
