Aquatic therapy is not, all that as i thought it was!!! The pool looks dirty don't even clean it you see hair floating on top of the surface you know the difference from top hair and private parts hair the front desk ladies are always rude or act dumb.if u there for workmans comp beware horrible service becareful you will get targeted!!!!

Really bad bad bad customer service. Never return the calls, never know nothing about nothing of the patience even the referral is in the system ready just to make the appointment. 2 month and counting to see if they call you back for some miracle. The lady that answer the phone always sounds as she is in another planet. Really bad even without getting any service yet, because week by week they never know nothing about the authorization approval, always saying that they will call you back and never did it or even you letting them know tha number of the authorization or faxing the papers. Etc. Bad bad service. Call to your insurance and ask for another place as I didn't.

I would give less than one star if I could. Customer service subpair. They don’t return your calls and don’t know what’s going on. They give you the run around and cancel your appointments without notifying you. Customer service is rude and acting like I was bothering them. Got an extension for my authorization and they couldn’t, or wouldn’t, look it up in their computer system.

My experience with staff is they are very patient, pleasant and understanding of your needs.
