It was a horrible experience for both me and my mother. The reason why is because we got an intensely irresponsible "supervisor". He is always being a no-show and always tardy. He keeps on saying excuses or lies such as "Sorry! I am not feeling good." I got so confused. Plus there are also stupid 3 hour time limits. I was a client of this man but he keeps being unreliable. Plus I did not make any "new friends" at their gaming clubs. If you are getting, Ability Path, be careful who you hire. Or better look for a better service if I were you.

I’ve pick AbilityPath for my Son base on our Visit to other Adult Programs, I did checked with Them the Availability for my Son to enroll and The Person in charger confirmed the availability so I had Golden Regional Center send the Referral. My Issues start when I called for update, I was told that my Son is on waiting List. I was not informed about the change of this status. This is very disappointing for lack of communication and transparency between AbilityPath and its Customers. No return phone call, regardless how often you call and not only in Daly City as well as Redwood City. Question is why they not answering the Phone ? What else issues with this Services for our Sons And Daughters ? I can only wonder

THE most positive place ("AbilityPath") is a non profit) that supports individuals with disabilities turn them into possibilities throughout their lifespan and promotes inclusion of these community members into society. The leaders and staff of this "help" organization are dedicated, top notch people with the biggest caring hearts you can imagine. The organization is a "go to" spot for my family's donations to help this community and its members.

The organization has really expanded in recent years to provide a wide array of services, from early childhood through adult, for those with developmental disabilities. They now have an inclusive camp in the foothills, Camp Via West, that kids love! This organizations is an incredible resource for families.

I give 1 star only because giving no stars is not an option. My wife has been trying to get speech therapy services started for our son for over 8 months. We have obviously hired a speech therapist elsewhere, because it was necessary. But my wife is greatly disappointed as she had a fantastic speech therapist for our son, who left the clinic he was at, and that she tracked to this new clinic and was hoping to have help our son again. Turns out, she was promoted and is a director now, we are not surprised and are happy for her, and we’re okay with being seen by one of the people she’s trained while there. We keep trying to get someone to contact us back and no one does. So, yeah, terrible customer service.

AbilityPath is a unique and outstanding organization that provides a wide range of services to the special needs community. Our local community and state have been challenged with ever-present fiscal constraints that put many individuals with special needs at-risk of not receiving critically needed services. AbilityPath consistently rises to creatively and effectively meet these needs and expand its range of services despite these challenges.

An incredible organization with dedicated strong leadership, staff and board. Grateful for Bryan Neider as a terrific CEO and for the many ways he has reshaped AbilityPath to serve people with disabilities in the most magical way possible.
