Ability Rehabilitation

I highly recommend Ability Rehab in Winter Garden. Tess has been very helpful providing physical therapy exercises that have greatly improved my hip pain caused by arthritis and tendinitis. In addition, she’s educated me on stretches and techniques that I can add to my fitness routine to prevent injury. The best part: I’m able to resume my former workout routines without pain. The staff here is professional, kind and supportive of quality health.

Ability Rehabilitation is an exceptional PT/rehab facility. Always professional, Tez, Amy, and Kat made me feel like a member of their rehab family. Affectionately known as the PT “Beast”, Amy pushed me through my exercises with the appropriate amount of pressure, always ensuring my safety and stability could sustain the activities. I am super pleased with my improvement in strength and range of motion in both ankles. I highly recommend this facility and team.

Amy and Tez are the best, they are always coming up with different and unique ways of therapy processes for me. This is helping me get back all my mobility in my arm. Very caring and supportive.

Love this place and I can’t recommend enough. As a new patient I was able to get an appointment by the next week as opposed to everywhere else that (if they even answered their phones) told me it would be at least a month before they could see me. I came in after messing up my ACL and a litany of other things and I couldn’t walk without a cane. After a few weeks I can confidently walk unassisted and will hopefully be back into the gym soon

I attended for over a month to work on core issues. They were exceedingly helpful, straightforward, and kind! I would recommend this to anyone considering them as their physical therapy providers.
