Ability Rehabilitation

I am so glad I chose Ability Rehabilitation to recover from a spinal injury. Billy and Kelly are so amazing and really work well supporting each other in helping you recover. The ladies at the front desk are the sweetest as well. It was definitely bittersweet when I graduated from therapy. While I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know I will be in good hands.

This facility has the best environment, with caring people that will connect with you and help you get better. Kimberly at the front desk helped me with all the questions I and helped me get acquainted with the facility. She was really sweet. I worked with Natalie first she helped me locate my pain and gave me stretches that actually worked! She was super nice and caring which helped me get comfortable. When I started working with Norman I was nervous that the other staff weren’t as good as Natalie but I was wrong Norman was great. We bonded over anime and we got along well. He really helped me improve. Cori also taught me how to do exercises which made a big deal when healing my back. The other staff is also nice and you can bond with all of them. This is a great environment with caring people. I’m thankful I pick this place to come to to get treatment for my back!!

Natalie is one of the best physical therapists that I have ever worked with. She listens to the problem and helps get them sorted out. I am very pleased with this place. I have found it really easy to make appointments that work around my schedule.

Ability Rehabilitation is a fantastic place for therapy. I have rehabilitated from 2 back fusions and 1 rotator cuff surgery. The staff is so friendly, the therapist are very well trained and know exactly how to help you. I’ve had Kelli most of the time for my sessions but they share all the paperwork if you get a different therapist. The cleanliness is top notch. They are always cleaning and sanitizing! Ability Rehabilitation is the place for me for sure. 👍

Absolutely THE BEST! After “graduating” from PT with the team, I signed up for their wellness program ensuring I continued strengthening. Natalie, John, Norman, Kelly and Billy tweak my workouts frequently to ensure I am being challenged and make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. Every team member - even those not directly working with me (Kim, Cory and Tommy) - motivates me to commit to the wellness program. They don’t let me slide… I’m learning new exercises, lifting a heavier weight. I feel like Norm Peterson when I walk in - I look forward to going there!

I highly recommend Ability Rehabilitation. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and helped me to reach my goals. They truly care for each of their patients. The environment is very friendly and fun. Shout out to the amazing office staff too. They are very kind and helpful.

Billy was great! Very knowledgeable, professional, personable, and a very good listener. I’m very pleased with my rate of progress, what I learned about taking care of myself going forward, and my entire experience at Ability Rehabilitation, including scheduling.
