I am so thankful I found Sydney at Ability Physical Therapy. She is an absolute wonder - there is no question or challenge that you can throw at her that she doesn't have an answer or a solution for. She is not daunted by any pains or problems, but works with you to find a positive, helpful, healthy way forward. I came in with multiple issues, all of which are doing much better now thanks to her work and support. My two daughters have been to two different physical therapy clinics recently (before I'd found Ability), and Ability PT stands out as the best, and this is where I'll bring them in the future. Anna at the front desk is so friendly and somehow remembers everyone's name when you come in. Scheduling was easy and the office is clean and comfortable.

Great PT experience. Worked with Rachel, who was awesome. Went in for a shoulder issue, which I tried PT for in the past at a different company, but it didn’t help much. The biggest difference here was that Rachel started with a super thorough diagnostic and noticed an issue no one had identified before. She put together a program and my shoulder was feeling better in under a month. Now leaving with no pain, no numbness, and a plan of attack for recurrences. I’d give it more stars if I could.

Ability is amazing. Just prior to my current injury, I did PT at another local provider for a badly sprained ankle. The folks at the other facility were nice enough, but I felt as though I was paying for very little actual expertise - I made very little progress, and most visits resulted in light and unfocused exercise. With my next injury, I switched to Ability. The difference is night and day - I am making great progress and I leave most sessions sweating. The staff is MUCH more knowledgeable here, and have continuously updated my at-home workout regimen to maximize the effectiveness of the treatment. These people know what they're doing. Highly recommended.

I went to PT here following a left labrum tear in my shoulder, and I worked with Sydney- she was great at helping me strengthen the area before I had surgery, and then the post-op appointments were excellent. Sydney is knowledgeable and encouraging. Ability PT is a safe, friendly, and clean environment. They will treat you as an individual, and even if you’re someone that despises going to any sort of doctor, you will feel comfortable. The front desk will welcome you by name, and it is a smooth process to reschedule appointments if needed. I lost my wallet on my way to move to another state, and I happened to have Sydney’s business card in there. The gentleman who found it called the front desk, and they called me saying he found it. I was able to get my wallet back! This is another example of their dedication to help and serve their clients. Overall, thank you to Sydney and the entire office for helping me recover from surgery before I got sent to my base.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The therapists are extremely smart and very dedicated to helping you get better. I’ve been to many different PT offices, and this one is the best - hands down!!

Every one who works there is no nice! I was there for my shoulder and they helped me in a few weeks. The next person who needs physical therapy I’m most definitely recommending here!

Ability physical therapy has been paramount to my well-being in training for a marathon. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. Lindsey is the best!.

Very thorough and effective rotator cuff rehab in 6 weeks. Would absolutely recommend this facility - friendly and well organized environment.
