My experience with Ability PT was amazing! It was incredibly easy to get set up and scheduled. The admin team was very responsive, helpful and was always so friendly when I was in the office. Sydney was the best physical therapist! She is so knowledgeable and was always more than happy to answer any and all of my questions. She made me feel so comfortable in an environment that could have been awkward. I am so grateful to have had the team at Ability help me take the next steps to feeling better! I highly recommend them!

Wow! I wanted to wait a few weeks to see the outcome of the advice I received, and I have to say that I'm so grateful for this practice and for Rachel's amazing expertise. I was visiting my mother from out of state and I suddenly exacerbated an injury. They was able to get me booked at Ability within the next day. The staff were super helpful and friendly. But I have to say that it was Rachel's knowledge and instinct that really blew my mind. I've seen other PT's and my long-term chiropractor for an issue I've been having with my hip and knee, but none of the other recommendations had even touched the issue. Rachel seemed to understand the nuance of needing to reactivate certain muscles and calm others down. She didn't take the typical tac of "increase intensity" or "push through the pain". She invited me to listen to my instincts and gave me 3 tiny exercises to practice daily to reactivate the right muscles. It has been 4 weeks since I saw her and my hip and knee haven't felt better in years! I'm so grateful! Rachel really knows her art!

Bonnie at the front desk was extremely helpful about scheduling appointments and working around your schedule. Tammy is amazing. She's very attentive and always makes sure you're comfortable with any of the exercises and she asks questions to get to the core of the issue. Highly recommend!

Rachel has been treating my costochondritis and lower back pain. I have been struggling with these for over 25 years and she is the first PT to give me exercises that I can do consistently because they are simple. She is a pleasure to work with and makes PT go by so fast, I enjoy coming rather than dreading it.

Rachel is the best. She has helped me with recurring back issues postpartum and after an end of season ski injury. I tell everyone who will listen about the power of dry needling and how great Rachel and this clinic are. It is also an incredibly well designed, clean, beautiful space. I was at the Arvada office with Tammy for physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. Tammy is awesome! She is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. But it's also important that she was kind and personable and easy to talk with during every visit. I've had PT more times than I care to list, but Tammy and Ability PT made the experience both productive and comfortable! With Tammy's expert guidance, I have gained full range, strength and use of my shoulder and I can return to my active lifestyle with an expectation that I'll probably be seeing her again for yet another recovery.
