This is a nice quiet place where I don't feel like I'm working out with a bunch of fitness freaks. The YMCA has taken over the facility and new machines show up periodically.
Wonderful people to work with. They are friendly and you can see that they genially care for their patients. Crystal is wonderful to work with.
