A Wise Move Physical Therapy and Pilates

Heidi is very knowledgeable; a great communicator; and a joy to spend a session with. I was looking for someone to help me work on specific things and to get some pain relief. She has taught me easy exercises and given kind feedback on things I can do to improve. Her skills exceed the "regular" physical therapists. And you don't need a doctors order! A Big Fan

Heidi is amazing. Knows how to locate all the muscles, body parts, that make us stiff/hurt and knows exactly what to do to make them more flexible and hurt no more!! Her style of Pilates is perfect for folks who golf and want to be able to turn back and turn thru fluidly. She provides the fluidity. Have no hesitation in providing this recommendation.
