A+ Therapy

I’m so thankful I found A Plus Therapy. I ve gotten such great relief in my shoulder in the first few visits. It’s small but they keep you safe and usually I can hear other patients but don’t see them because of the social distancing. Everyone has been nice and professional. I read some other reviews and couldn’t believe anyone being rude there. I’ve gone at different days & times, thinking my PT Diana must be exhausted but she greets me EVERY TIME as if I’m her first patient. She’s on her feet the entire time and I swear I don’t know how she does it. I’ve been going almost two months and she still shows me herself then walks me through each exercise. If I’m not doing it exactly correct she gently moved my arm into the correct position. I can’t imagine anyone not being thrilled with the attention and dedication I’m shown each and every visit. Feeling very Grateful.

All the therapists here are very compassionate and helpful. We've moved away out of state but when my boys came to the clinic they were very helpful. Our children met many goals and our oldest had tremendous gains, he used to have problems with balance and holding items. He doesn't have those problems anymore. We moved to Oregon and he's now hiking, carrying gear for miles, and is very active in Boy Scouts. We are so thankful to them for helping us with our children.

My son has been a client at A+ Therapy for many years. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a place that treats you like Family. We are there three times a week and can see that ALL the kids look forward to coming. I think this is more than a job to them, it's a passion. Keep it up!

I called this company after being referred for developmental therapy for my son that was born premature. I was told i would receive a call back and never did, so i called a for a second time in the afternoon. The woman who claimed to be the office manager very rudely mocked my insurance and the fact that my pediatrician would refer me to their group. When i finally asked out right if my insurance was taken or not, she told me no and hung up on me. I called back, confused as to why i was hung up on without an explanation and she proceeded to tell me i screamed at her and hung up on me again. When you are dealing with a sensitive situation like therapy for your child i firmly believe consideration and compassion are the most important when choosing a doctor or facility. i HIGHLY recommend to go elsewhere. This woman on her own would be reason to never give this company a call.

Today my son, Bruno, was physically harassed by the PT therapist named Mike. He grabbed him by one arm, pushed him to the floor and then dragged him out to the door. Bruno has Autism and ADHD. A clinic that hires this type of unprofessional therapist should not allowed to be open. I would recommend the parents to change and look for a SAFER place.... This is outrageous... My son was harassed by a local ignorant... Run away before something happens to your kid also. My son was bullied by his therapist. Unbelievable. This is the last place you would ever encounter such treatment. A Clinic that specializes with therapy for kids with disabilities.

Susan & staff are truly a comforting group. I've been blessed to embark on this place with my daughter's recovery. It's rare to locate a person, staff or organization that stands out over money. Thank you Susan for being such an amazing human being.

Mrs. Kim is Caring, Warm, Professional, Dedicated . After only two sessions the difference to my daughter's speech was very noticeable. They made sure that I understood exactly what was involved in her speech therapy, how my daughter was progressing and how I could help.

Terrible treatment to my special needs daughter. Mother was insulted by staff (Susan Marquez) stating that she was anorexic and that that her coccyx bone was too fragile. Meanwhile, my daughter as been going there for 3 years and they are not orthopedic surgeons to opine. Will seek legal action.
