A Plus Rehab Physical Therapy

I have been a patient for over a year. I started with a chronic knee issue that quickly resolved through a combination of traditional pt and also integrating dry needling and shockwave therapy. I am currently undergoing treatment for rehabbing a broken arm and shoulder. My treatment has been very successful. The doctors, therapists and staff are all top notch at A Plus. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and recovery and really works hard to support you in the healing process. I have been to other rehab facilities and A Plus is by the far the best.

I highly recommend A+ physical therapy in North Caldwell … cannot say enough good things about Dr Legaspi , Andrew and the team. They provided exceptional care and support, helping me achieve great results. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to go!

I started physical therapy a little over a year ago to manage long-standing upper back stiffness, neck pain and migraines. My therapist, Andrew worked closely with me to come up with a solid plan to root cause the pain. He helped to correct posture, used a variety of exercises, and applied a combination manual and heat therapy. While it has taken some consistency, it has greatly improved my ability to manage pain and has significantly improved my mobility. I also appreciated the team was never pushy (trying to sell new interventional pain-management techniques) and worked with my preferred course of treatment. I strongly recommend this team of pain-management professionals!

Having had shoulder surgery I was nervous to start physical therapy especially being the only surgery I have ever had. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this business is and how much they care and are exceptionally talented. This goes from the receptionist to the assistants to the therapist to the doctor. It’s a open and oddly fun and comforting environment for getting you back on track. All of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they push you to the right level so you can recover and heal. I enjoyed the PT at this location so much, I postponed a vacation to finish up with this company. My surgeon recommended them and he is a highly recommended surgeon. I am still a patient and if I ever have to do PT again, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Their team work there is really impressive and no matter who you work with you are comfortable and in good hands!

I started going to A Plus Rehab Physical Therapy at the end of January 2022. This was my third physical therapy attempt, so I came in with low expectations. The other two businesses did not addresses my injures correctly, but Dr Owen Legaspi diagnosed me spot on. Dr Owen and Aaron have helped me way above a 5star review. In just under two months I have increased range of motion and decreased inflammation. I highly recommend A+ Rehab Physical Therapy to anyone looking for pt treatment. It is a comfortable environment with professionals all working together to help you achieve your therapy goals.

I’ve been under Dr Legaspi’s care over 10+ yrs, he’s always kept me at optimum performance! This past I severely injured what I thought was my arm but turned out to be my spine! Dr Legaspi immediately got on the phone with spinal specialist to get an opinion. He treated me like family and personally guided me through finding me the right surgeon for spinal surgery. His quick recognition of a serious injury and guidance may have very well saved my life. My recovery has been great, the continued PT has gotten me better results than I could’ve hoped. And the staff is the best bar none, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful. I literally go to him for every pain I have and trust him unconditionally ❤️

My first visit to A+ Rehab.... they should rebrand their logo and get what they rightly deserve, A+++++. Wow, what an amazing experience, from the front desk... Regina & Brianna, through the guys 'on the floor' (Joe & Dan), right up to their team leader, Dr Owen Legaspi... they all performed beyond my expectations! Kind, knowledgable, friendly & compassionate and what a dynamic office, full of energy, good tunes and just an all around holistic approach to "wellness". My friends, David & Lena of Kaptein Photography recommended Dr. Legaspi and he was impressed that I had traveled an hour and a half from Normandy Beach to see what he and his practice had to offer... His diagnosis was exact and the 'combination treatment' addressed my acute lower back concern... and the sensitivity regarding the level of treatment felt both challenging and appropriate and they had me bending and stretching in pain-free ways I haven't done so in months!! This practice is on a whole other level.... get there if you're hurting and they will take care of you... I wholeheartedly trust them and that was just my 1st treatment three days ago. Hands down, I had my best experience at A Plus Rehab Physical Therapy. I’m a former college athlete who had severe ankle problems post college sports. With the help of the knowledgeable staff and flexible hours with my job I was able to get back to 100%. I now have no pain in my ankle which has allowed me to get back to playing sports pain free. I highly suggest anyone to give A Plus a shot if you actually want things done the right way!
