Dr. Owen Legaspi and his staff are literally my saviors for my chronic neck issues. He is brilliant and the only person I trust to do thoracic adjustments. When I lock up and can’t move he and his staff literally fix me. They always accommodate my unpredictable schedule and I always leave feeling better. Everyone there is skilled and super nice and friendly. I highly recommend! I would like to add that I have now been seeing his new in-house occupational therapist, David for the last couple months on top of PT and have seen accelerated improvement. I never knew OT was an option for chronic neck pain but he has all kinds of tools and tricks, magic potions and massage therapy as well as stretching and strengthening exercises that make me walk out feeling 100x better. I highly recommend giving him a try for neck issues and ofc hand issues too as I see him treating several hand patients and has even saved some from having to have surgery. Plus he’s the sweetest!

Your OT Director David Charneco was professional and well versed in my medical needs and I would recommend him to others without hesitation! Before OT was offered at APLUS the only other closest facility was Kessler in West Orange, NJ. This is a great addition to your firms services. I did dry needling sessions with Dr. Brown and received great care and professionalism. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns with certainty and provided me relief I had been unable to achieve with medicine and physical therapy alone.

Dr. Legaspi is one of a kind. He is respectful, attentive and very knowledgeable about what he does. I suffered from chronic headaches for months trying all types of methods to help. Dr. Legaspi introduced me to dry needling and that changed everything for me in the best way. I will continue to be a patient at his practice and highly recommend A+ physical Therapy. Also excellent staff and clean office!

David Charneco is an energetic, aggressive, inspiring Occupational Therapist (OT) specializing in the hand (and shoulders). I went to him after a fracture of my hand and after meeting him his very first words were "I take full responsibility for that hand. It is my hand and I'm going to make it better!" His optimism and encouragement was very reassuring and it continues throughout my course of treatment. He spends 45-50 minutes, one-on-one, per session which includes laser light, electric shocks, strength exercises, movements and twisting of my arm ("glides"), massage, and more. He is upbeat, energetic and explains everything. When my surgeon saw me after several weeks of therapy with David, he was so impressed with my progress that he asked for David's contact information. The place itself is filled with friendly positive people. It's also a nice clean facility. I recommend David without reservation.

I highly recommend this place. The doctors and staffs are amazing and friendly. The treatment I received on two separate occasions truly lives up to its name - it's an "A+." Dr. Brown and Brandon stand out as exemplary healthcare professionals. Last year, I visited this facility for my knee. Within a couple of weeks, Dr. Brown worked her wonders in helping me recover in a short time, so I was able to take vacation as planned. Dr. Brown is very patient and knowledgeable. She demonstrated competence, capability and commitment to help the patient to achieve a full recovery. This year, I returned for treatment on my frozen shoulder. Brandon performed a remarkable job in healing my shoulder to 100%. Brandon is also a knowledgeable and well-trained physical therapist, and he is consistently professional, patient and understanding. The recovery of frozen shoulder is a long painful process to me, but Brandon's dedication to alleviating my pain and fostering healing was truly appreciated. I also appreciate that Dr. Brown’s extra efforts to help me recover too. I found myself rewriting this review due to a hacked account that caused some reviews disappearing. However, I want to share my positive experience again and believe that other patients seeking similar treatment will find the same level of excellence and commitment here.

I went to Aaron in the past and needed to go back after 2 years. He's friendly, truly cares and spends time listening. He worked with me to build my strength in my legs and back after my neck and back surgery. I'm able to do some exercises and use the stationary bike. Which I wasn't really able to do. I'm able to function without pain and avoiding surgery again is a plus. I've been to a lot PTs and Aaron is very efficient, knowledgeable and the best physical therapist that I've seen by far.

Healing hands or a miracle?? If you need either one, go to A Plus Rehab Physical Therapy! I received treatment at the Scotch Plains location. The A Plus facility is clean, well-maintained and conveniently located. Appointments are managed efficiently and the office is never overcrowded like other physical therapy clinics I’ve gone to. Aaron Park is an amazing physical therapist and expert! He is highly skilled, knowledgeable and patient. Aaron helped me heal and fully recover range of motion after a debilitating knee and ankle injury. He helped to manage my pain until I could walk normally again. I would highly recommend A Plus Rehab to anyone who needs physical therapy, training, sports medicine or pain management. I can’t say enough about them and their ability to help people recover from serious conditions.
