A Bright Start Therapy

I absolutely love this place! I was recommended here by my son's nutritionist. My son was receiving therapy at a place that was not offering enough hours for him to progress. This place? Do not think about it! They ALL make you feel like you are part of their family! Since the first day they accepted my son with open arms. And I can tell my son enjoys his sessions. We have been coming for over 3 months and my son has been showing improvement with his behavior and his speech. The therapists work very hard and they are extremely patient, and I say this because my son is very hipper. They know what they are doing. I live far, I have to drive in the 4pm traffic to Hialeah for 40-50 minutes and I do not care, it is worth the drive! A Bright Start Therapy is Amazing!

We’ve been coming here for a year now and I can honestly say this is the most amazing group of people you’ll ever meet! They are very knowledgeable, experienced and are prepared to handle all types of ages and needs. This is such a positive and welcoming place and everyone here makes you feel like family. I no longer feel like I’m going through this journey alone but like if I have a whole team there helping us and celebrating each milestone we make! You feel such a sense of community amongst the staff and even the parents that their kids are also doing therapy. I’m so happy here because I see a genuine care and love in helping my son improve his needs. We’ve seen such an improvement all thanks to consistency and trusting them with this journey. If you decide to bring your children here ask if they will be seeing an actual therapist or an assistant. We were given a physical therapist assistant who could barely speak any English. The therapy room is small and it’s shared with many different people receiving therapy. My daughter who is about the size of a 9 month old was receiving therapy along side an adult and other children in a small room. Ask yourself how much ability does anyone have to move in a cramped room? The worst part about this place is that they do not believe that children have the ability to remember and associate the place negatively. They expect a baby to willingly be taken in by a complete stranger with no problem and if crying .. she will get used to it as I was told by one of the therapist. It is true that children will cry in new places but that’s why parents should be allowed at least the initial visit until the child has gained trust in the person that will be doing the therapy. How much can a child learn and improve if they are consistently crying during their therapy session? Their overall attitude and environment was terrible. Parents please look elsewhere before wasting your time in this facility. Edit: Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews that immediately appeared after the review I left one with 1 star.

Amazing office! From the moment you open the front door you’re greeted with smiles and positivity. The therapists are knowledgeable in their discipline and show genuine care and love for the kids. No matter if you are being treated by a therapy assistant or even the owner of the office, the kids receive great one on one therapy with lots of positive reinforcement. Best Therapy Center to take your children, the therapists are more than lovely, knowledgeable and love what they do. The office is spacious and with beautiful colors/designs. A Bright Start feels like family.

Best Therapist's in town. My Daughters receives Speech, OT and Physical Therapy for over a year now and we love it. Everyone in the office are amazing and kind. Defiantly recommend for kids with autism.

This place is awesome !!! The best therapist children can have . The place is so nice and comfortable, the cleanliness and care of the place is splendid. Very fresh and new. Is fun for kids to look at the walls and see all the paintings and colors. All therapists and staff are very polite, friendly and respectful. I recommend this place with my eye closed!!

After going to many other offices and not obtaining the desired results, we were referred to this office,since we started bringing our son here we noticed a grate improvement in every aspect, the professionalism that we found here, the care an empathy for our son is outstanding, while he is in session ,on the small waiting room we have another very productive therapy, all the parents waiting there talk to each other, we share diets ,treatments or simply talk about our own experiences and how we deal with them, is like a little family with lots of empathy for each other. Yes I would recommend Bright Start Therapy to any one that is seeking a cuality and human treatment for their children. The Exposito family.
