It is inspiring and confidence boosting to fight back against multiple sclerosis with physical exercise and there is no better place to do that but at 10 MS Specialty Center (formally Total Rehab and Fitness). I have been going to 810 MSSC since 2015. It is invaluable to have therapists who are not only knowledgeable of multiple sclerosis, but also know how to improve our well being. The staff is compassionate and motivational. It is truly a welcoming environment treating people across the entire spectrum of mobility.

The PT and OT services I receive at 810MS Specialty Center are wonderful. The staff is supportive, encouraging and motivating! Having therapists that specialize in MS care is exceptional. They continue to help me keep moving and overcome MS setbacks! MS tries to slow me down and with the help of these therapists and staff I keep on keeping on!!!! Thank you for your continued support and strategies to keep moving forward! If you are dealing with MS reach out to 810 MS Specifically Center immediately

I have been going to the MS Center for 15 years. I go 2-3 x a week. Thirty years ago I was diagnosed with MS. I know I would not be the person I am today without this center. I use a walker but at least I am walking. All the training the therapists put me through really work. I also get to meet wonderful people who understand what we are all going through. Socialization is very important. It is hard to keep going at 74 years old but it is a must.

810 MS Specialty Center has changed my life. When I first explored physical therapy as an additional treatment option I was very hesitant. I am glad that I made the commitment. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always work as a team to help! I am stronger, healthier, and more equipped to fight the progression of my disease because of them. Thank you!

Started going to Total Rehab & Fitness in March 2019 (When I was 68 years old) for Physical, Occupational and Cognitive therapy 2 days a week which is changing their name to 810 MS Specialty Center in Mt. Laurel, NJ Headed by John Evangelista (DPT, MSCS), John and his staff have been extremely helpful and informative about my Multiple Sclerosis concerns and issues. It is now 2023, so I have been with them four years now and since I will be turning 72 shortly, truly believe their assistance has helped me hold off some of the Negative effects from MS plus getting older. John’s entire staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the challenges that each of their MS patient face. The exercise / work programs are specifically designed to each patient’s MS health issues. I strongly recommend 810 MS Specialty Center for their work, concern and involvement with all of their patients

I am not sure that I can adequately put into words what the MS Specialty Center has meant to my family and my ability to continue to live with the unpredictability and devastating consequences of advanced multiple sclerosis. I came to the Center 3 years ago unable to stand, much less walk and in total despair. I wanted desperately to be able to stand and pivot to be able to get into our car. The director, John E., had more faith in what I could achieve than I did. As I began therapy, John and the staff celebrated each one of my small victories as I first learned to stand again and then take a few tentative steps while the therapists held me up. Over time, their enthusiasm became contagious and I began to emphatically trust their expertise. I am now getting in and out of the car by transferring from and to a wheelchair while using a walker. Not only that, I am able to walk 25 feet with a walker at the Center, on my own! I remain wheelchair-bound to the outside world but I know that I have made incredible strides and that has given me a new sense of self. I developed serious tremors in both hands and tore both rotator cuffs. The Center's occupational therapists continue to work with me and have suggested equipment that helped restore my ability to write and use my hands more efficiently than before. I cannot leave out the Center's cognitive therapists who work with me on memory, organization, and overcoming the mental issues associated with the disease. To have these amazing assets in one place and under one roof has changed the quality of my life immeasurably. Finally, it is amazing to be with other people who are struggling with MS in an environment guided by professionals who truly understand the disease and dedicate their lives to making our lives better. The MS Specialty Center understands that the nature of the disease changes from day to day. They are flexible and tuned in to each one of us at the present moment, unlike general physical therapy centers. There is no other place like this in the world and I am truly blessed to have found a place that has become a second home.

I have been going to both physical and occupational rehabilitation at 810 MS Specialty (formally Total Rehab and Fitness) for almost 8 years . The staff has always been helpful with my therapy and also has given me several helpful hints for my home life. Without them, I am sure that I would not be able to continue doing self care and more.

I was recommended to you from another physical therapist at IVY and I am so grateful he advised me of this. I came to you anxious, had unrealistic goals and was very hard on myself. I wanted so much to return to the work place and with your expertise and training I was able to do so. Your staff made me feel confident, set realistic goals and made me less anxious. I like to be in control but we all know we cannot control MS. Thank you for providing unique personable therapeutic sessions and making me feel less anxious. I agree this place isn't like any other you've experiencd.Once a patient always a patient. They don't just toss you you aside when insurance stops paying.
