I had a meniscus injury back in April. I started rehabbing with Dr Alison while i was getting back into a run routine in July. Dr Alison helped identify some weaknesses in my hips that resulted in my right leg collapsing inward while running. Thanks to our bi weekly sessions and homework i feel much more stabilized for my upcoming marathon. During our meetings we covered strengthening mobility. She also helped me with the occasional dry needling and suction cup therapy on some really tight muscles. Loved the goal setting sessions and the occasional ear just to listen to my stressors of the day. Thank you so much ❤️ i can now enjoy those early morning runs again. Update with a recent race picture of me landing on my rehabbed leg

Alison is absolutely amazing! I saw her after breaking my foot and dealing with a jacked up knee after wearing a boot for a month. We did dry needling along with exercises to strengthen my knee. Not only did I love the time that we spent together but I love the fact that I no longer am restricted from doing anything. It did take a few months and a lot of patience, some tears and frustration along the way but Alison checked in with me after my appointments and made me feel like she really cared about my progress. I have never had someone follow up with me the way she did and who was truly invested in my recovery. She is a remarkable human being and I would recommend her over and over. I feel lucky to have found her!

Alison has been phenomenal helping me rehab from a lower back surgery. I am a Christian, husband, dad and lifelong athlete and Alison understands all of my needs and caters her therapy to my goals! She has helped me rehab my back and is helping me recover from an additional neck injury. I would HIGHLY recommend 6:33 to anyone needing physical therapy! If I could give 10 stars I would!

PT Alison is amazing at what she does! She has so much knowledge and is so friendly and really cares about her patients! I’m thankful for how she has helped me through an arch and knee issues so that I was able to run my first half marathon successfully and now train for my first marathon! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for knowledgeable and thoughtful care!

Alison has been a really incredible source of information, support and healing. I came in pretty certain my marathon dream was over after a calf injury this spring. Alison immediately put me at ease, helped me learn about ways to heal and prevent future injuries, and ultimately got me back up and running. I’m only 5 weeks out from my marathon and I completed 20 miles today. I’d recommend Alison to any running lovers who need some injury support/healing.

Alison is wonderful! She takes a holistic approach when treating your pain. I only had a few sessions with her and could feel such a difference in the shoulder pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend going to 6:33 Physical Therapy.

I had tennis elbow and never realized that PT was an option to a recovery. In the past, I tried cortisone shots (temporary) and this time, I visited Alison and through her care and home exercise program, I was able to relieve the pain and get back out on the golf course! I highly recommend Alison - a true professional and very knowledgeable!! Cheers

I came to Alison after suffering through pain in my upper back and right elbow/arm for 6 months and after treatment from many other medical disciplines without success. She did extensive examination and analysis to determine from where she thought the pain was originating, that all was related and what the likely cause of the problem was. From there she added treatments and exercises which she steadfastly believed would remedy the issues over time through a series of visits but mostly through following through on the exercises she assigned to me for all days between our in office appointments. She told me the process would be slow but gave me encouragement that if I followed the regimen as prescribed, we could conquer the pain and stay on track to avoid a reoccurrence. She was 100% correct and I am now pain free and without injury. I still maintain a reduced regimen of the exercises she prescribed in order to keep the issues from coming back, and also follow her recommendations for movement and standing at regular intervals to avoid a repeat. Alison is a great listener and diagnostician and very skilled at knowing how and with what therapies to treat a wide variety of injuries and other physical issues. My injury was not sports related but I have found her to be very knowledgeable about preventative care for sports, running in my case, and treatment of sports related injuries. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and am happy to have found Dr. Berglund for what I hope will be preventative continuing care. If I do have an injury I know I’ll be in good hands with Alison.
