BEWARE: If you are Tricare Prime Retiree stay away. My last visit in September 23 was the last straw. When you are retirement age you need to find a real care provider that will perform an actual exam. My physical appointment was a joke. Provider did not look at me seemed rushed to just get me out. Did not look in my eyes ears nose or mouth. Wrote things in my patient note they did not even ask me about. The pharmacy. It’s like a guessing game of, what to do this time to get a prescription. Take a number. No. Get in line No. call the number you should just know but dang it you don’t. No. Oh yes and if you know a number they do not answer it. Last but not least we’ll text you, lol what a joke. Saddest customer service ever. But their message will tell you they feel your time is valuable. If you’re retired and get the impression they don’t want you in their facility you are not alone and IMHO you are not wrong. Now that I’m seeing a REAL provider I can’t believe how sad this facility is. Can’t say how sad the care they provide is because they don’t care and don’t provide care. My message to the facility. If you don’t want anyone that is not AD you should just send out letters. We don’t want to care for you find a civilian provider. It’s poor practice to provide substandard care in hopes people will be driven away. Sad just sad.

From the front desk to appointments and scheduling to the health care staff. Even patient advocacy is a joke. Attitude problems and rudeness. Zero understanding or compassion combined with stank energy amongst the staff here. Definitely no "Florence Nightingales" here. Still 1 star after my encounter with a pa skinner sarcastic un compassionate and rude. Hung up on me on a virtual phone appointment. So much for a code of ethics. Very classless and mean.

I have never been to a base pharmacy, whether it was Air Force or Navy that was this slow. It should not have to take over 48hrs to fill a prescription, not only that but they tell you that it will be ready at a certain time then you get there and have to wait 30 plus minutes to get to a window just for them to tell you that it isn’t filled and it will be ready at a later time. They only have one person working at the window to activate and one person doing pick up. Everything else is great about med group, it’s the pharmacy that needs help whether it’s a better system to get things moving or some more helping hands.

It's like pulling hens teeth trying to talk to a live person. After 3 days, you haven't gotten a call back. It's sad you drive 40 miles, and after standing in a long line, you find your prescription is on back order.

I had to fight with them to get a profile after a spinal fusion, which they ultimately gave me only 3 mos even though I was having complications. They never answer their phones and lost the paperwork I gave them from my surgery... With my personal information on it.

While most of the doctors, nurses, and staff are generally very friendly and helpful, Med Group as a whole has made accessing healthcare extremely difficult. It's really hard to get an appointment, especially if it's urgent. AD spouse tried to go in for something but was turned away because he had symptoms for longer than 72 hours, which means he had to schedule with his PCM, resulting in a one month wait for something that needs to be addressed immediately. This rule makes no sense. Also, wait times are extremely long, hours are horrible for AD and dependents, especially if you work during the day. Care is so inconsistent because of how high turnover is.

They have exceptional customer service. Making an appointment is fast and easy. You are usually able to get seen right away. They have high standards for Covid and also safety precautions in place. Your temperature is checked, and a mask is required. The building is very well maintained and easy to find every department. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of this facility.
