4 Oaks Physical Therapy - Catonsville, MD

Customer service was terrible. I scheduled an appointment with 4 Oaks because they were the only local PT location with openings - it turns out there was a reason they had openings. Staff simply hung in the middle of the room talking with one another and ignoring patients. Front desk staff were either non-existent or appeared annoyed if approached with questions or to schedule follow up appointments. All equipment was outdated but that is the least of my concerns. I will never use their services and highly discourage anyone else from doing so. Finally, their billing for services did not come through for over a calendar year and when it did, it included charges for services not rendered and requiring address with their billing department. All in all - terribly run business and I'm sorry for any good employees they do have.

It was a good experience. Everyone was so professional from the Front desk to the Therapists who worked with us. Kelvin is so good with kids. He was so kind and gentle with my 19months old and helped her till she was able to walk perfectly.

I scheduled several appointments in advance. I had an appointment scheduled for 4 pm and when I showed up I was told my appointment was canceled and they could not accommodate me. They did not bother calling me to tell me they canceled my appointment and I know I didn’t cancel it as I had to use PTO to make this appointment. Completely unacceptable.

I've had a really positive experience here! My back is almost back to 100%, and everyone I've worked with has been amazing.

Fantastic service here! They are friendly, considerate of your goals, and work to help you achieve them. We all have a great time talking and laughing with the docs and assistants while we do the uncomfortable work of physical therapy.

I have been going to 4 Oaks for about 4.5 years. The therapists and techs are extremely nice and caring. They treat you like family and genuinely care about your wellbeing. They were constantly checking up on me during my numerous surgeries. I absolutely positively love going here for my therapy. Thank you for everything you guys do! I would highly recommend this place.
