Dr Dominquez is a miracle worker! I was in excruciating pain for over a year. He performed hip surgery on me ( I am 60 years old), and I felt fantastic in 8 weeks. From the beginning to the end; utmost professionalism and very caring. God bless him.

Don’t go here unless you want to get stuck with a 700 dollar brace. Went for an MCL sprain and they gave me a brace. Asked if I needed to pay and they said no. 2 months later I get a bill from the brace company for 700 bucks. It’s a common brace I found online for 200. Called 3D and they said it’s not their problem they are only distributors. At my follow up apt. They were 30 min late and the doc had to rush off for another “peer to peer” meeting. Ridiculous

My Landon is a competitive wrestler and sprained his MCL competing at Nationals. Dr Nevin Vijayaraghavan was phenomenal in evaluating his injury, expediting care, and keeping us up to date at every step of the process. We are a holistic family and were completely felt confident in the care our son received. This place was recommended to me by three different friends and I see why; thank you from the bottom of my heart I appreciate your team…. Update: Less than two months after Landon’s MCL tear Dr Vijay had Landon back to competing and winning SE Regionals in Greco and 3rd in Freestyle.

My daughter broke her arm which is a scary experience. The staff in the office are wonderful! There was no wait and everyone was very sweet and engaging with her which made the process feel seamless. Although this was an unfortunate event, the 3D sports medicine staff were informative, warm, and welcoming making it a little easier on mom! Highly recommend coming to their office!

As a Registered dental hygienist, I was experiencing pretty severe pain in my left shoulder. They were able to get me in very quickly, and I had the most wonderful experience with the entire staff as well as Dr. Vijay. Unfortunately, for me, I will probably need additional treatment, but he was very honest and caring and compassionate and really listen to my concerns as well. It’s rare these days that you find a doctor that truly listens to their patients and tries to give options. Happy to say, the treatment that I received so far has been successful and I am pain-free, ultimately, I know I will need surgery, but it is nice to know that the entire team in this practice stands behind one another, supports one another, and takes care of their patients Like family. For me being in the healthcare field for over 30 years, I pride myself on treating my patients in the same manner and I don’t think anyone should accept anything less. I would highly recommend Doctor Vijay as well as any other orthopedic practitioner in the practice.
