Dr Dominguez performed a Pectoralis Major Surgery in Dec 2023 & its has been an ABSOLUTE SUCCESS! I was injured in Oct 2023 & after going to another Ortho in Melbourne FL who gave me a 70/30 chance I decided to go to 3D to get a 2nd opinion. Dr Dominguez provided a 2nd opinion & a 95% of success, PLUS Dominguez had 30 years MORE experience than the Ortho in Melbourne. After researching Dr Dominguez, his schooling & medical board records I was very confident in choosing him as my Ortho surgeon. The surgery was at Viera & his team made me feel at ease, the surgery went great and I feel like Im back to 100%. The work he did is amazing, to me the only REAL Drs on earth are surgeons and the exceptional ones are few and far between! I am back to bodyboarding in hurricane surf only 6 months after my injury, without Dr Dominguez I wouldnt be in the water or gym again! He is amazing!

First visit today and met with Dr. Vijay. Even with my hurt shoulder, it was an enjoyable experience. Office staff were helpful and pleasant. Dr. Vijay was approachable, easy to talk to and took the time to explain my injury and the conditioning process. I highly recommend!

I went to see Casey as a second option. He is amazing. He listened to my multiple complaints seriously, sincerely, examined me accordingly and ordered some test for me. He was very professional. He listed to all my concerns that my previous provide did not listen. I highly recommend him. He is absolutely wonderful.

To anyone suffering from orthopedic issues, especially athletes hoping to return to their sport, I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Dominguez. Both of my knee surgeries were a tremendous success, enabling me to return to the field and continue playing soccer at the collegiate level .

3D Sports Medicine & Orthopedics were amazing from the time I called to make my daughter’s appointment to the end of our visit. My daughter had broken her arm the evening prior (urgent care had only ace wrapped it) and I had an appointment the next day at 3D. Casey the physician’s assistant was amazing and explained everything in a way I could understand. He spent his time with us and had excellent bedside manner. And, the rest of the staff helping us were nothing but wonderful! As a pediatric nurse I would 10/10 recommend for pediatric orthopedic services.

When I fell more than a month ago, I was recommended to go to this Sports Medicine and orthopedic center for help and see my options. After being consulted by Casey Runte and Maddie, they gave me the best and capable plan to recoup and nurse me back to strength without having to do surgery. After six weeks of PT at Beachside, I received a full clean bill of health from Casey! I’m so happy to be back! I highly recommend this sports medicine and orthopedic center!

I have been dealing with a shoulder injury for eight years. In those eight years, not a single doctor has been able to determine why I have chronic pain, weakness, and numbness. I went here thinking it was going to be different. After one test, they told me to try physical therapy (which I have done for years) and rushed me out the door. I am no closer to figuring out what is wrong than I was when I walked through the doors. They have too many patients and not enough time to know each case well enough. Very disappointed. The only reason I gave two stars is that the staff is very nice.
