Always had a pretty good experience here. Good military healthcare. Physical therapy clinic was pretty great. Best chiropractic care of any base I’ve ever been to with interns helping keep up with the high demand. ENT and Dermatology is stellar care also. Pharmacy is good but do not have a priority for active duty in line which is unusual. Line can get pretty long.

I am still waiting for my medical records...requested them after my husband retired. Almost a year later....all I have is my "digital records" which 90 % of my history is missing. They say my "physical records" are still at the last base?!?! We've been here for a few years now! Local office just says there is nothing that they can do to check status or expedite. And with my experience with military medical for 20 years vs. the local civilian doctors....go off base! For 20 years I was dismissed by military doctors....in the last 2 years with non-military doctors/facilities I am finally getting diagnoses and treatments for things I thought I've had for years but military wouldn't listen, believe, or even bother to test me or let me go see specialists. And the records were often inaccurate with no record of most of my symptoms/complaints all these years!

The AD members here are professional and efficient, which is the only reason Im giving a 2 star instead of 1. The civilian staff members ruin my experience at this med group every single time. They're very rude and not very helpful. A few months ago I went in and asked the gentleman at the front desk to direct me to Biomed, and he didn't greet me or even say a word to me, he simply pointed down a hall. I wandered the hospital for about half an hour before I found Biomed. This morning I called the prescription refill line, to which a woman answered the phone with a very unfriendly "hello." Initially I figured I must've dialed the wrong number, but when I explained I needed a prescription refilled, the woman said "we're closed for training, call back tomorrow" quite rudely. I said "Okay, sounds good" and she immediately hung up on me. No "have a good day" or anything like that. Needless to say, I loathe having to schedule medical appointments or go get shots here because of how bad I get treated by these civilians. The only genuinely friendly civilian I've come across at this place is the woman who works at the women's health window upstairs.

Too many deficiencies here. My family and I have had the toughest experiences with the MDG: -Results from blood work wasn't processed/posted twice. -Wait times for scheduling are sometimes 30 mins. -No one checks their messages on Tricare Portal -I was misdiagnosed thrice over the past 4 visits saying saying I had a cold, but turns out I had Covid, bronchitis, and the flu. -Results from visits are never posted and you have to call to get a copy of the records -Lack of professionalism from front desk staff -Difficult to contact your PCM about outprocessing. Overall, I'm ashamed to be associated with such poor customer service.

Scott Flight Medicine rarely answers their phones, and when you leave a message through the phone tree, they take 24 hours to get back to you. Finally got an appointment (mandatory) only to be called back the next day (after I swapped shifts) to be told that they couldn’t fulfill my appointment. Then when I realized I may be able to swap yet another shift, I couldn’t reach them (again) to resechule my appointment that Flight Medicine had cancelled in the first place. Flight Medicine’s excuse is that they’re understaffed—everyone is understaffed and yet Flight Medicine has the least responsive customer service.

Professionalism and care. Nothing but a great experience while we were stationed at Scott.

If you don't need to work, and have all day to waste, then thus is the clinic for you! Thus is the worst clinic I've had the forced pleasure to visit. It really should be rated 0 stars, but that's not an option. Avoid at all cost if you can. Unless you enjoy spending half your day waiting to be seen.

I love this medical clinic. They are kind, caring, and professional. They explain things to you and don't quickly push you out the door.Thank you because it is hard finding good medical practices these days.
