Everyone here is incredibly kind and accommodating. I am receiving both aquatic therapy and land therapy. They have also been very understanding and have allowed me to pay my mother's copay once a week instead of every time we visit. Additionally, they make a concerted effort to ensure that I fully comprehend the information they provide.

I have to say this location has made me feel comfortable and understood with my pain. They have been providing me both aquatic therapy and regular therapy and they are very knowledgeable. The front desk group is amazing. This location is the one I would recommend.

I was extremely disappointed by how after awhile you just kinda fall through the cracks. I get that I went during a busy time but if that’s your busy time please please hire more staff. I kept expressing over and over how I felt I was just stuck not progressing which was followed by the response of I think it’s all in your head. I left that day crying. My husband didn’t want me to go back but I did for my own sake but when ur paying for PT your expect your PT provider to be there with you right?? It’s hard to give care when ur staff also has 3 other people during my same time. I sat waiting for my next instructions more than actually working out. I’ve been in charge now of my own care and I am walking AND headed back to work. This company needs to take a long hard look at how the afternoon is run. It’s chaos!

This is truly the best physical therapy care you will ever receive! I have been attending this facility since 2017 and the practice is proof that they will be here for more years to come! Thank you guys for your awesome patient care!

Best physical therapy place I've ever been, and I've been all over the valley. Everyone is extremely friendly. Really makes u feel welcomed and heard. They match ur energy here. I feel so spoiled coming here because any other place I've been hasn't been as professional as they have here.

Not only did this organization not make me feel safe after their office staff made me cry because I left a bad review about how horrible the office staffed was (3 times they were unprofessional with me!). NOW THEY ARE HINDERING MY CARE at another facility because they put in a request for more PT sessions without me asking. I KNEW I WASNT going to return to their organization. They won’t release their authorization request!!! And my insurance isn’t able to proceed without their withdrawal. Do the right thing 360 so I can WALK!

The update from my initial review is that I met with the director of physical therapy, and they were also amazing. However, the office staff is less than desirable, not even tolerable. The way they treated me negatively impacted my mental health, and nothing was done to improve the situation. I was belittled by the office staff on 3 separate occasions. Where is the compassion? Why would they lie to my new physical therapy office? Oh, because I left a negative review and was honest about the office staff’s lack of professionalism . Tati, the office staff member, is mean, misinformed, and a liar. She degraded me because my insurance is not the easiest to work with. When I brought this to the attention of the leadership, I was told I would receive an apology, and I never did. Who does she think she is, treating people that way? I broke my leg - this is a traumatic experience. I do not deserve to be treated the way Tati treated me. The physical therapists at this practice should consider finding employment elsewhere, as the office staff is detrimental to the patient experience, despite the therapists themselves being phenomenal. While I had a very positive experience with my physical therapist at 360 Physical Therapy, the front office handling insurance approvals was frustrating. I specifically requested the office submit my insurance approval as expedited, which I confirmed with them that the surgeon's office had already been sent. Unfortunately, it's been four weeks since my surgeon's release, causing a delay in my physical therapy and impacting my mental health. On a positive note, my physical therapist was fantastic and very helpful. By the time I am finally able to return for therapy, I may have already mastered the exercises they planned! Overall, great therapist, and extremely frustrating front office experience.

UPDATED September 2024: I’ve stopped going here because I moved but I would have kept going if I didn’t!! These people are still great! 11 months ago review: I haven’t had such a welcoming experience before. Almost like I was chilling at home, yet everyone was so professional. I worked with Jeff for my neck and back pain. His evaluation was full of knowledge and help in every step. The girls at the front desk were great as well- Madison and Tati were super helpful in the beginning with the check in experience. I asked many questions and they were patient with me. I can’t get over how kind everyone is, and how much I was taught by Jeff. I’ll be back next week for another appointment. I’ll keep my review updated with the service received! So far so great guys, thank you so much!!
