360 Physical Therapy - Sun Lakes

I recently completed a round of physical therapy at 360PT - Sun Lakes. I went in with a positive attitude and put my trust in each of the staff members there. They helped set me up for success. I just saw Melissa again after many months. She is the best therapist and seems to really care about her patients. I’ve been to 360 about 200 x over the last 10 years in 2 locations. I always ask for Melissa as she is simply the best!

I love the physical therapists and their assistants here. They are knowledgeable and are really understanding of their patients needs. A big thank you to all the staff Namita, Stacy, Samantha and Trish who helped in the scheduling and the rehabilitation process. I am able to get back to athletic activity and everyday life without limitations!

I was having dizziness for a couple months and was referred for PT. I worked with Namita and I am amazed. After doing some movements with her, my dizziness is gone after just one visit! Life can get back to normal. Thank you Namita and the 360 team. Everyone was nice and my appointments were on time.

I have enjoyed my rehab at 360 Physical Therapy the multiple sessions that I’ve been having with been treated by the doctors of Physical Therapy there. They know what they are doing believe Me. They can isolate an individual muscle in your body, create an exercise and treat it back to health. I have been going there for years.

First impressions are so important. When I called 360, Sun Lakes, recently the receptionist was very pleasant. I have a hearing deficit. She had excellent speech skills, enunciated words and spoke at a pace that was easy for me to understand. She also was very professional and patient when addressing an issue with a patient while I waited for my appointment. My therapists, Justin and Leah, were also very professional yet friendly. They were able to help me back to shoulder comfort level. I very much appreciated their expertise. My husband and I had been patients there before and the quality of care is still top notch. There is a caring attitude displayed by the therapists toward their patients. I would not hesitate to go to 360, Sun Lakes, or recommend them to my friends, for professional, quality Physical Therapy.

Outstanding program! Never expected such good results. My new left knee is better than the old one and far better than the right knee. Been bicycling 7.5 miles per day since the end of therapy. Special shout out to Melissa who was my favorite therapist. She knows her stuff, is considerate always, and delightful to work with. I also want to give special kudos to Samantha who works the front desk. She’s friendly, pleasant and efficient. You can’t go wrong with 360.
