I appreciate all of the staff. I am greeted cheerfully when I arrive. The staff genuinely cares about how I feel. They watch me as I do my exercises to be sure I'm doing them correctly. Most of all I appreciate how my routine is adjusted to whatever exercises would help my body the most that day. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you, 360 staff!!

Krista and all staff at 360 are Outstanding.. Krista is helping with my knee replacemnet physical therapy and doing a great job. She is very confident, positive and reassuring. She is very knowledgeable and comforting while assisting during rehab.

When I arrived for my first visit, I was welcomed by a friendly and helpful staff member. I met Cody for my evaluation. He explained, in detail, the extent of my injury and what my therapy plan would consist of. I was very comfortable with my choice of physical therapy facilities. I started my physical therapy with Ian. He is extremely dedicated, competent, and understanding. I really enjoy working with him. There is also a genuine camaraderie on this team, which is awesome to observe. I have already told family and friends about this wonderful experience.

Poor communication skills cause the patient to get delayed in care! What happened was that I called them in advance and asked about getting a referral for the treatment. They told me to ask my OB just to send the referral. Once the referral was received, they told me the next available appointment was in August! Now I have to go back to my OB and ask them to send me to another physical therapist for another place, which even takes longer! It is crucial that the patient is informed promptly if no appointment is available and not told to ask for a referral.

The staff is very courteous and caring. Melissa and Samuel are very professional and responsive to my ability level.

Heidi is wonderful! She's extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of pelvic flooring therapy and as well as other physical issues I have. Explaining every step before and after every session. I'm so very happy and pleased with Heidi. She has started to turn my quality of life so much better and healthier. I recommend 360 physical therapy to anyone who needs a better quality of life change. They took and went the extra mile for a better understanding and out look for me. I thank them for their care and support!

I recently broke my femur, and after surgery, inpatient Physical rehabilitation and a month at home, I was finally was told by the orthopedic surgeon that I was cleared for outpatient PT. They would send the necessary files to 360 and then our Medicare Advantage provider would authorize the treatment. After a week, nothing had happened. I called 360 and they had no active authorization or request. I called The insurance company and the doctors office and they were clueless. I called 360 back and got Natasha. She jumped all over it. After telling her where we were at, she untangled the mess, got the proper files sent (finally), and expedited authorization (2 business days!) and got me scheduled for my first eval visit. I have had several different medical challenges over the last 3+ years and have dealt with many medical providers, and Natasha's proactive professional and compassionate service stands head and shoulders above every other previous interaction we've had. Great job, we really lucked out when we chose 360 and got Natasha on our team! Thanks!!
