(Edited, read all) Staff will lie and cancel all your appointments in the middle of your care. My father, who is a stroke patient there, was running a 102° fever when I called 360pt to tell them he won't be coming in that day. The next appointment day when we brought him in, we were told that they canceled all his future appointments for a no call no show. Which is a flat out lie. These people don't care about your recovery or your health just money. ******Edit: after a bit of back and forth the physical therapy staff has corrected the issue and been very apologetic and sympathetic. The actual physical therapists, techs and care staff there have always treated my father very well. This was just very disconcerning to have the administrative side dropped the ball during a crucial part of my father's stroke recovery

I've only had about 4 sessions. My 2 schedule sessions was canceled due an emergency with one of the therapist. There were no attempts to make up the canceled sessions. I had physical therapy in the past when I lived in another state and they had the best service and great physical therapist. I need to get knee surgery , but the experienced I had here, I definitely won't be coming here.

I can't say enough about this place. The front office people are awesome. All the therapists have been so helpful. It's a fun environment for rehab. My daughter is 8 and she is so comfortable coming here after her horrible surgery. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This company has gone extremely downhill since the physical rehabilitation Network took them over. They can't keep employees. I would only recommend if you need aquatics therapy but even that type of therapy is limited because The employees keep leaving. Some of the current staff is polite and professional.

ETA: management got me in, got me scheduled working with me on my availability. The big attitude person is no longer there and absolutely everyone I've met is kind and wonderful and professional. They've made a 180° turn. When I called to schedule my initial visit they said there weren't any appointments until May, so i asked about another office (they have multiple) and they told me this was the closest to me and refused to even look up any others or provide any additional assistance. As someone in customer service, this is definitely not how you provide any semblance of customer service.

No complaints about the physical therapy I received, but the administration has significant room for improvement. My Dr. orders specifically stated the referral was for the Maricopa location. Someone called me to schedule the appointment for my first session so clearly, they had my Doctor's referral. I didn't have the referral in front of me, so I repeatedly mentioned that I wasn't sure of the address, but I wanted to make sure this was the Maricopa location, and the person from 360 Physical Therapy repeatedly assured me that this was scheduled for the Maricopa location. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was advised that my appointment was at the Tempe location. I was able to schedule another appointment and all of my sessions at the Maricopa location, but they could not see me for two more weeks. When all was said and done, I was billed significantly more for each of the last two sessions, even though identical treatment was administered. When I called the number for billing, the recording said that I was fifth in line. After waiting a on hold for a few minutes, the recording said that I would need to leave a message which would be returned within 24 hours. The next day, after not receiving a call back, I called again and the recording said that I was fifth in line again. After waiting on hold for a few minutes, the recording again said that I would need to leave a message which would be returned within 24 hours. Again, they never returned my call. If they have a legitimate reason for the large increase in billing for identical services, they should be willing to explain it to me, not ghost me. I figured I better pay the bill to avoid them sending me to a collections agency. This is not a good way to run your business. Your paying customers deserve much better.

I highly recommend the 360 Physical Therapy in the city of Maricopa. I find the both the office staff and every single physical therapist that has worked with me very professional and empathetic. Each therapist I have worked with has motivated me while gently trying to get me to the next level . The atmosphere is filled with encouragement and tender care.
