A HUGE shout out to my team at 360 Physical Therapy. I had full knee replacement in June. I was in PT on day 3 post-op. Harry did my assessment and gave me the confidence to return the next day without my walker. I could not have done the wonderful healing without my team at 360 Physical Therapy. I hope up never have to have PT. BUT, if you do, I highly recommend this team of Physical Therapist at 360 Physical Therapy. Well done, Team!!!!

Despite all the great reviews, I was not impressed with this clinic nor their methods of rehab. My boyfriend recently was a patient there and it was a mess from the beginning. On the 2nd visit of PT (only 7 days from surgery) Brenna went on and on about how he's not moving well enough. He had 80' of knee flexion, but Brenna felt he should be at 90'. Then on the 3rd visit they bent his knee to far and literally pulled open his incision. Resulting in additional wound care to another facility. As a therapist myself I understand the need to be aggressive at times, but this was all about their egos and needing to be "right" than about providing effective therapy. I also have been a patient many times to other clinics and have NEVER seen this kind of arrogance and aggression with a patients recovery.. Not happy, and would never recommend this clinic.

There are not enough words to thank everyone for their kindness and help. Three months ago I was so fearful I was going to fall again. I didn’t trust my body, which is scary. I totally mix my date for my appointment in here … I call and they said they can’t take me anymore !!! Like whatttt??? I honestly i been in the phoenix location for more than a year … not problem there everyone is a professional…. But this location for real they probably think they are the only ones who offers therapy!!!! Slap in the face for you guys !!!

The facility did an excellent job in helping me for my rehabilitation. The therapist that handle me is very knowledgeable. Really appreciate what they do to me.

I really appreciate the way the whole team worked together with all their patients. The flow was smooth, not chaotic. The atmosphere was professional, yet friendly.
