I had a back injury that made it difficult to do just about anything. I began seeing Kelsey for my injury and my condition quickly improved. I felt like I could be honest with her about how I was feeling that day and she would really listen and change the plan for the day based on that. She was also very easy to talk to and the entire staff was always fun and welcoming! Physical therapy can be very daunting for a lot of people but I always felt like I was in good hands every single session. :) I HIGHLY recommend 256 PT to anyone that is in any sort of pain.

When I started 2 weeks ago I could barely move. The work these ladies do is worth the effort. You have got to want to help yourself first. Very welcoming, calming atmosphere.

Made very good progress while going to therapy here! It’s a judgement free zone and everyone is super friendly! They also didn’t mind when I brought my baby and even provided a pack n play for her.

My family and I have used Kelsey Dean Kimbrough for several physical therapy needs over the years so when I recently found myself again being referred for PT, I immediately found her new location. Kelsey is amazing!! Her extensive knowledge is only matched by her fantastic personality! She can work miracles and make you laugh while it’s happening! I highly recommend Kelsey at 256 PT and I promise that you won’t regret using her too!!!

Kelsey and her staff take very good care of her patients! They are very attentive and listen to the concerns and addresses them! Hands down this is the best Physical Therapy and Therapist in Florence! Also, she is the only one who specializes in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and pain! A new PT clinic located near seven points in Florence. Ample parking, clean facility, and quality staff. I was especially impressed that Kelsey focused on me and my physical issues and that her approach is to tend to her patients and their needs instead of passing them off to someone else. I look forward to my followup appointments.
