They never answer the phone, they never have appointments available, if you go to sick call you are gonna wait a couple hours. 👎🏻

22 area medical not answer the phone. Had one incident where my calls were being denied right away as well. I have much more to say but I’m sure 22 area medical will ignore that too.
I think it’s easier to teach a dog to meow than getting in contact with 22 area medical. The amount of times I’ve been on hold for over an hour and they hang up the phone, or simple just won’t pick up the phone allowing it to go straight to voicemail is absurd.
Very rude, was told I was healed then ended up having to get surgery months later. Medical staff continuously tells me that the pain is in my head before and after actually getting the surgery. They have no idea what they are doing.
-Was told that a filling that I needed done was "cosmetic" and was refused treatment. -Had to endure excruciating pain as what passed for a dentist repeatedly drilled without properly administering local anesthetic, only to become confused and say that due to my "dental anxiety" (which was somehow non-existent before joining mind you) my body was processing out the anesthetic faster than they could work. Yea.... Right..... Ended up getting sent to a different area to see an oral surgeon because they thought that I needed to be drugged for a filling. Not even making this up. Keep in mind I'm out now, and after receiving dental treatment from ACTUAL DENTISTS I have decided to write this review. Reason #X for not re-enlisting....
For the past 4 years I’ve been telling them (22 area) that my medical record is at my last duty station. I have completed the request form several times, with no results from them. 22 area medical told me that my record is lost and have to make a new record. I just called my last duty station medical and they have my medical record on hand. I lost count of the times I’ve explain this to 22 area.
Pretty sure becoming a SEAL is easier than trying to get in touch with 22 Area Medical. Either the phone numbers need to be updated or the staff needs more death-by-PowerPoint on how to pick up a phone.
Somebody tell Miss Angela to get a new job since she hates her life so much.
