I was suffering from TMJ and I was in pain. I went to the rehab center and met Steve Cassabaum. He educated me about my injury and made certain I understood what TMJ was. He was extremely skilled, kind and positive. His treatment alleviated my pain and made a very scary and painful situation manageable. I am back eating my favorite foods! I highly recommend 21st Century Rehab in Nevada.

21st Century has been working with my husband for 4 months after a major injury at work and has really helped him ALOT to regain use of his hand. His PT has been very positive and encouraging him to work hard. Forever Grateful

This is my second time coming to OT here. First time I worked with Megan and Jess. These ladies are everything but amazing. The second and currant I got to work with Megan again. As usual I am not disappointed. The dedication and concern are un matched. It is nice to work with individuals with true dedication and concern for patients. Thank you ladies you are the BEST

I'm pretty sure this place helps a lot of people, however I was not one of them. I had an issue with my foot due to some medications I was taking, and the foot was non weight bearing at the time, I could not put pressure on the foot. My doc suggested I try them so I did on his suggestion. The original staff member I was assigned to work with had very little interaction with me personally, it was his intern I'm assuming, that worked with me (who was very nice by the way). since I couldn't walk at the time, all he could do was tell me about a bunch of stretches I could try. I told him I was already doing pretty much all of the stretches he was telling me, then he introduced a different one that involved using a towel to stretch my foot. it was a different one than the ones I had already been doing, but not very affective, I'm not going to lie, I never continued those stretches. Then the intern applied ice to the back of my foot where the issue was, for about a minute. Icing my foot was also something I was already doing at home. the overall experience lasted maybe 10 - 15 minutes. I also understood that they didn't use insurance. All this wasn't a problem, the problem came when I got the bill of almost 400 dollars. I visited the office to try and talk to someone about the charge. All I wanted was to understand why it was so high, and for someone to make it make sense to me. I spoke with the staff member I was assigned to (again, the same one I had little to no interaction with him, it was his intern that did all the work) to try to make sense of that large amount for the no work that was done during my original visit. I came in calm, and was just trying to make sense of the large number. That calmness shortly faded as I listened to that staff member as he couldn't answer any of my questions, kept talking in circles, and I felt like he was starting to make things up as he went. I had to repeatedly ask the same questions, as I listen to him try to make things up and not directly answer the questions. As one would expect, this is where the frustrations grew. His Ultimate response that ended it for me was the fact he tried telling me that the cost was due to 'educating' me on stretches and the ice. I cannot fathom this as I have stated, and in this review, that all of the stretches I was being 'educated' on I was ALREADY doing except the towel one that was useless in comparison to the others. Very frustrated at this point, I had to cut him off as I stood and told him I see that I'm wasting my time talking to you. He very smugly replied 'yeah' as I turned and walked out. Very unprofessional. As I was walking by the front desk, I very loudly blurted out that he was robbing people, adding an expletive word or two, I said this loud so everyone could hear. I could have approached this differently sure, however I have never read the book of etiquette on how to remain a gentleman while actively being robbed. I would have understood the charge if they had actually helped me in my recovery, or had anything to do with it. But they had nothing to do with it at all. I had recovered by doing what I was already doing at home. I stormed out and paid that ridiculous amount, but I will never return to a place that robs people in this manner. Again, I'm sure they help a lot of people, just be warned that they charge a ridiculous amount for nothing.

Very thankful to have this TMJ specialist in Central Iowa! I woke up with pain that resulted in not being able to open my jaw fully one morning, was fortunate enough to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Logan, and within a few weeks of practicing movements and techniques, I had gained full mobility back in my jaw. The office was easy to get to, front desk staff was very, very nice to work with, and Logan was patient with my concerns on this issue and explained things well.
