1st Choice Physical Therapy

I had an excellent experience with my physical therapist Amy Zornow at 1st Choice. They were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and confident in my recovery process. Her personalized approach and dedication to my progress weas evident in every session. Thanks to her expertise, I have seen significant improvements in my mobility and pain levels. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I have been doing pelvic floor strengthening prior to prostate surgery. I’m working with Jodi at 1st Choice. She is an excellent PT and I’m already seeing improvement just a few sessions in to the process. She takes a comprehensive and caring approach. I highly recommend both 1st Choice and Jodi as an excellent facility and therapist!

I have received great care here while recovering from my knee surgery. The staff is friendly and kind and have helped me progress in my recovery. I'm almost back to full activity and have a few weeks left of therapy. Would recommend this practice to anyone needing PT.
