Took my daughter to urgent care here at Concentra for the first time and it was a horrible experience . One of the medical assistants sitting in front didn’t even want to bother calling my insurance to check if they would take my insurance. She told me we don’t take your insurance , I asked her if she called and she said no . So I called my insurance while I was there and they said my visit was covered 100 %! She just didn’t want to do her job ! Plus I waited almost three hours then I decided To leave and go somewhere else . Staff there are not professional and it’s the worst place I have ever gone to , first and last time I go there I do not recommend it at all ! ☹️

Visited Concentra Medical for a pre employment drug screening and physical. Came here on a holiday and it was open, place is open 24hrs everyday which is great. There were about 2 people ahead of me when I arrived, and waited for almost an hour and a half to be called in. Glad I wasnt there for an urgent matter, now I give it 3 stars because I understand it was a holiday and the didn't have full staff. Although IMO an urgent care should always be adequately staffed, the one staff and physician were friendly so can't complain about that. There is a parking lot in front of facility, seems to me like they charge during normal business hours but since it was a holiday there was no attendant. Update** 10/29/19 came in again for a mask fit testing on a Tuesday evening. There were about 12 other people waiting upon arriving, have been waiting for over an hour and a half for a fit testing, A FIT TESTING! People have come and gone, multiple staff are sitting around chit chatting. This has got to be the worst urgent care I have visited, the worst part is new people have walked in, been seen and have left. People ask how long and staff say they don't know, definitely never coming back here again. If i could give this place zero stars I would. Unfortunately I don't recommend this place to anyone, go to another urgent care if you can.

To pricey not worth the taste never will go there again. Bad service went to their venice location. Very rude service
