I recently had hip replacement surgery. Kristen was able to give me specific exercises to increase strength and stability around my new joint. I felt stronger a few days after our first appointment. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I love his approach to PT and highly recommend him.

I have been in pain for 5 straight days with a neck injury. Kristen at 10x worked on my neck today, and did dry needling as well. I can already feel immediate improvement and relief! It’s amazing! Kristen is very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously. I highly recommend!

Kristen Zeanah is absolutely first rate. I had chronic lower back and hamstring problems for years. Under his guidance I built strength using steadily increasing free weights—particularly standing deadlifts. Although I was apprehensive about doing too much, I increased from 30 lbs. to 120 lbs. I am more than comfortable giving 10X Physiotherapy a five-star rating. I've been dealing with back issues for quite some time. I've seen Chiropractors and have been prescribed medications, all to no avail. I had began to accept my condition as the norm for my life. I highly recommend 10x Physiotherapy. I threw my back out and was unable to leave the house. Kristen came over to my house the same day and was able to provide treatment that was very helpful. He was very thorough in his examination of my condition and very informative during treatment. This was my first dry needle treatment and Kristen explained the process very well.
